ANA Blue Base, it is a comprehensive training facility of ANA. It is used not only for training pilots, mechanics, flight attendants, ground attendants, and ground handling staff, but also for long-term human resource development. It serves as a base for improving safety and operational quality, promoting innovation, reforming work styles, and communicating. ANA completed construction of ANA Blue Base, this ANA Group's comprehensive training center, in March 2019 and began operations on April, 2019.
